Family Accumulation Limit definition

Family Accumulation Limit means the maximum amount payable by the Company in respect of any one Accident, irrespective of the number of Insured Persons from the same Immediate Family involved in such Accident. In the event that an Accident occurs which results in insurable losses under this Policy and which ordinarily would mean that the Family Accumulation Limit is exceeded, the Family Accumulation Limit amount will be distributed on a proportional basis to all Insured Persons from the same Immediate Family, taking into account the maximum Sums Insured per Benefit and per Insured Person.

  • Controlled Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum (without duplication) of (a) the Series Invested Amount as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period, (b) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series (other than Series 2022-2) that are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all other outstanding Series that are not Principal Sharing Series and are in their revolving periods.

  • Required Accumulation Factor Number shall be equal to a fraction, rounded upwards to the nearest whole number, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is equal to the lowest monthly principal payment rate on the Accounts, expressed as a decimal, for the three months preceding the date of such calculation.

  • Controlled Accumulation Amount means $104,166,667; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Controlled Accumulation Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Controlled Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Controlled Accumulation Period means, unless a Pay-Out Event shall have occurred prior thereto, the period commencing at the close of business on the last day of the August 2020 Monthly Period or such later date as is determined in accordance with subsection 4.03(c) and ending on the first to occur of (a) the commencement of the Early Amortization Period, (b) the payment in full of the Invested Amount and (c) the Expected Final Payment Date.

  • Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount means (a) on the first Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such Distribution Date and (b) on each subsequent Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for such subsequent Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such subsequent Distribution Date.

  • Return Accumulation Period means the period from (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the next (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the first) Periodic Distribution Date;

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2024-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Controlled Accumulation Period Length has the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(c).

  • Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not apply if the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer notifies the Indenture Trustee that it expects the Accumulation Period Length to be adjusted to one (1) month, and otherwise shall mean a period commencing on the first Distribution Date on which a condition in the right column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, if the Distribution Date is a Distribution Date described in the corresponding left column of the following table, and ending on the Distribution Date immediately preceding the earlier to occur of:

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Accumulation Amount means $83,333,333.34; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Amount shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Concentration Limit means at any time for any Obligor, the product of (i) such Obligor’s Specified Concentration Percentage, times (ii) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of the Eligible Receivables included in the Receivables Pool at the time of determination.

  • Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class C( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Concentration Limitations Limitations satisfied on each Measurement Date on or after the Effective Date and during the Reinvestment Period if, in the aggregate, the Collateral Obligations owned (or in relation to a proposed purchase of a Collateral Obligation, owned and proposed to be owned) by the Issuer comply with all of the requirements set forth below (or in relation to a proposed purchase after the Effective Date, if any such requirement is not satisfied, the level of compliance with such requirement is maintained or improved after giving effect to the purchase), calculated in each case as required by Section 1.3 herein:

  • capital accumulation plan means a tax assisted investment or savings plan, including a defined contribution registered pension plan, a group registered retirement savings plan, a group registered education savings plan, or a deferred profit-sharing plan, that permits a plan member to make investment decisions among two or more investment options offered within the plan, and in Québec and Manitoba, includes a simplified pension plan;

  • Principal Accumulation Account means the account designated as such, established and owned by the Issuer and maintained in accordance with Section 4.2.

  • Compensation Limit means the compensation limit of Section 401(a)(17) of the Code, as adjusted under Section 401(a)(17)(B) of the Code for increases in the cost of living.

  • Accumulation Period has the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Deduction Limitation means the following described limitation on a benefit that may otherwise be distributable pursuant to the provisions of this Plan. Except as otherwise provided, this limitation shall be applied to all distributions that are “subject to the Deduction Limitation” under this Plan. If an Employer determines in good faith prior to a Change in Control that there is a reasonable likelihood that any compensation paid to a Participant for a taxable year of the Employer would not be deductible by the Employer solely by reason of the limitation under Code Section 162(m), then to the extent deemed necessary by the Employer to ensure that the entire amount of any distribution to the Participant pursuant to this Plan prior to the Change in Control is deductible, the Employer may defer all or any portion of a distribution under this Plan. Any amounts deferred pursuant to this limitation shall continue to be credited/debited with additional amounts in accordance with Section 3.8, even if such amount is being paid out in installments. The amounts so deferred and amounts credited thereon shall be distributed to the Participant or the Participant’s Beneficiary (in the event of the Participant’s death) at the earliest possible date, as determined by the Employer in good faith, on which the deductibility of compensation paid or payable to the Participant for the taxable year of the Employer during which the distribution is made will not be limited by Section 162(m). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Committee shall interpret this Section in a manner that is consistent with Code Section 409A and the regulations thereunder, including without limitation guidance issued in connection with that Section.

  • Class C Required Amount means with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amount described in Section 4.4(a)(v) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).

  • Class B Required Amount shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 4.04(b).

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date. The Required Overcollateralization Amount may be reduced so long as written confirmation is obtained from each Rating Agency that such reduction shall not reduce the ratings assigned to any Class of Certificates by such Rating Agency below the lower of the then-current rating or the rating assigned to such Certificates as of the Closing Date by such Rating Agency.   • Restricted Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b)(iv).
