Family Entertainment Center definition

Family Entertainment Center means amusement parks, theme parks or similar facilities that (x) offer water-leisure recreational facilities and other water attractions and/or (y) offer a broad selection of attractions, including but not limited to, miniature golf, go kart raceways, batting cages, rides and/or arcade pavilions.
Family Entertainment Center means “family entertainment center” as defined in RSA 287-D:27, III, namely, “a place of business having at least 50 games or devices designed and manufactured only for bona fide amusement purposes on premises which are operated for the entertainment of the general public and tourists as a bona fide entertainment facility and not having more than 15 percent of the total games or machines being redemption slot machines or redemption poker machines.”
Family Entertainment Center means development of “Family Entertainment Center” in ‘Multi-level Parking Complex’ with Shopping Mall, Multiplex, Food Court & Gaming Zone etc., with an Indoor Amusement Park or Indoor Theme Park targeting families of all age groups with customized and branded attractions and retail outlets and are associated with major entertainment companies also known as ‘Urban Entertainment Center’, sometimes called Family Amusement Center, Play Zone, Family Fun Center, or simply Fun Center.

Family Entertainment Center means an Alley Cats operated and branded facility comprised of approximately 50,000 square feet located on the Property operated in a manner substantially similar to the Alley Cats Entertainment located at 000 XX Xxxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxx, that includes the following amenities: (1) bowling lanes;
Family Entertainment Center means an establishment that (i) is located in a building that is owned, leased, or occupied by the establishment for the primary purpose of providing amusement and entertainment to the public; (ii) offers coin-operated amusement games and skill games pursuant to the exemption created by this section; and (iii) markets its business to families with children.
Family Entertainment Center means an indoor location, on a smaller scale than a commercial amusement enterprise, where family-oriented recreation activities take place. These activities can include but are not limited to video games, indoor miniature golf, billiard tables, foosball tables, air hockey tables, table tennis, and darts. If these activities are an appurtenant use to another commercial use (i.e., video games in a pizza parlor) and will occupy less than 25 percent of the floor area of a business, they will not be considered a family entertainment center and will not require a conditional use permit.
