Family Representative definition

Family Representative means the decedent's personal representative or, if no personal representative as set forth in § 64.2-100 has qualified, the decedent's next of kin in order of intestate succession as set forth in § 64.2-200.

Family Representative. A person who has a meaningful connection with Participant and is seen by Participant as significant and supportive. A family representative may include, but not limited to, family member(s), relative(s), neighbor(s), or others who are involved with and important to Participant, such as a football coach or schoolteacher.
