Degradation means a decrease in the useful life of the right-of-way caused by excavation in or disturbance of the right-of-way, resulting in the need to reconstruct such right-of-way earlier than would be required if the excavation or disturbance did not occur.
Workmanship means a good and high quality and standard of delivery in connection with the Services performed; “Works” means the supply of Goods and the provision of Services to the Customer as per each Statement of Work;
Nondegradation means the prevention of a significant change in water quality that lowers the quality of high-quality water for one or more parameters. Also, the prohibition of any increase in discharge that exceeds the limits established under or determined from a permit or approval issued by the Department prior to April 29, 1993.
Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.
Latent Defect means a defect, inherently lying within the material or arising out of design deficiency, which do not manifest themselves and/or was not reasonably discoverable during Defect Liability period.

If any Eligible Vehicle will be replaced as part of an Eligible project, Scrapped shall also include the disabling of the chassis by cutting the vehicle’s frame rails completely in half.
Tampering means the unauthorized connecting, disconnecting, or causing to be connected or disconnected, or in any other manner interfering with the operation of the Company’s meters, pipes, conduits, other equipment or attachments, or as otherwise provided by this Tariff (see Sections 6.6, 6.13, and 6.15).
Adulterated Specimen means a specimen that contains a substance that is not expected to be present in oral fluid, or contains a substance expected to be present but is at a concentration so high that it is not consistent with oral fluid.
Miscarriage means expulsion of the contents of a pregnant uterus at any period prior to or during the twenty-sixth week of pregnancy but does not include any miscarriage, the causing of which is punishable under the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860);
