  • Now, based on the challenge and the data, the provider sends the answer to the challenge.

  • The FBR Group Shareholder has executed this Agreement solely in his capacity as a shareholder of FBR Group and not in his capacity as an officer, director, employee or manager of FBR Group.

  • FBR Capital Markets shall not be liable for any impairment of any Service caused by FBR Capital Markets not receiving information, either timely or at all, or by its receiving inaccurate or incomplete information from FBR Group that is required or reasonably requested regarding that Service.

  • FBR Capital Markets and FBR Group will keep full and detailed records dealing with all aspects of the Services provided hereunder (the “Records”).

  • In the event that such contracts are not extendable or assignable, subject to FBR Group’s approval, FBR Capital Markets shall act as agent for FBR Group in the pursuit of any claims, issues, demands or actions against such third party provider at FBR Group’s expense.

Related to FBR Group

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Code Section 1504(a) or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • Minority Group means any of the following racial or ethnic groups:

  • User Group means (a) you; (b) any entity or individual that Stripe reasonably determines is associated with you; and (c) each of your and their Affiliates; that has entered into an agreement with Stripe (or an Affiliate of Stripe) under which Stripe or its Affiliate provides services.

  • Retained Group means the Seller, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time, any holding company of the Seller and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company (except members of the Group);

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;
