FCC Consents definition

FCC Consents means actions by the FCC granting its initial consent to the assignment of the FCC Licenses for each of the Stations to Buyer as contemplated by this Agreement.
FCC Consents means the action or actions by the FCC granting or approving the FCC Applications.
FCC Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.2.

  • The FCC Approval Date shall have occurred with respect to all Required FCC Consents and all Required FCC Consents shall be in full force and effect.

More Definitions of FCC Consents

FCC Consents means the consents of the FCC, to the extent required under the Federal Communications Act and the regulations thereunder in order to effect the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Related Contribution Agreements, to the assignment or transfer of control of all FCC licenses and authorizations of the Company and the Subsidiaries, or, in lieu thereof, special temporary authority to operate under such licenses and authorizations following such assignment or transfer of control; exclusive, however, of any FCC licenses or authorizations that may be surrendered or forfeited to the FCC and that are not material to the operation of Pathnet's existing networks.
FCC Consents is defined in Section 4.4.
FCC Consents means the Consents issued or granted by the FCC required to effect the transactions and specified in Section 6.1(b) of this Agreement.

FCC Consents means all Consents of the FCC.
