Feasibility Review definition

Feasibility Review shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).
Feasibility Review or “Interconnection Feasibility Review” means an initial review undertaken by the Transmission Provider to determine if a request for a new or modified interconnection to the Transmission System will require a System Impact Study. 1.16 “Generation” means the electrical capacity, energy, and/or ancillary services produced at the Facility. 1.18 “Generation” means the electrical capacity, energy, and/or ancillary services provided at the Generating Facility. 1.19 “Generating Facility” shall mean an Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. 1.20 “Connection Facilities” means the Customer- Owned Connection Facilities and the Transmitter- Owned Connection Facilities collectively. 1.23 “Interconnection Facilities” or “Connection Facilities” means the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Transmission Provider’s Interconnection Facilities Interconnection Facilities collectively. Collectively, Interconnection Facilities include all facilities and equipment between the Generating Facility and the Point of Connection, including any modification, additions or upgrades that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the
Feasibility Review means an optional preapplication conference between a prospective applicant or development proponent and the development review committee to provide limited information on applicable development and site requirements as a precursor to a preapplication conference.

  • Prospective proposers must submit a Feasibility Review Form to the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space, Inc.

  • If Purchaser gives a Continuation Notice on or before the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, except as otherwise provided in this Section 10, Purchaser shall be deemed to have waived Feasibility Review and elected to continue this Contract and proceed as provided hereunder.

  • The Feasibility Review shall be deemed to have been completed to Purchaser’s satisfaction only if Purchaser gives written notice to Seller of its election to continue this Contract (“Continuation Notice”) prior to the expiration of the Due Diligence Period.

  • Prior to submitting a proposal to NSF, the Feasibility Review Form must be approved by CASIS.

Related to Feasibility Review

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Peer review means evaluation of professional services rendered by a professional practitioner.

  • Utilization review means the prospective (prior to), concurrent (during) or retrospective (after) review of any service to determine whether such service was properly authorized, constitutes a medically necessary service for purposes of benefit payment, and is a covered healthcare service under this plan. WE, US, and OUR means Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. WE, US, or OUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not. YOU and YOUR means the subscriber or member enrolled for coverage under this agreement. YOU and YOUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not.

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.
