The Evaluation Criteria below will be used to assess and prioritize the Proposals as described in Section 4.1. The Evaluation Criteria (which are defined more fully in the sections below) are as follows: • Relevance to one or more NASA Strategic Goals or Objectives; • Outcome of Scientific, Educational, or Technical Merit Review(s); and • Outcome of Feasibility Review.

If Purchaser gives a Continuation Notice on or before the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, except as otherwise provided in this Section 10, Purchaser shall be deemed to have waived Feasibility Review and elected to continue this Contract and proceed as provided hereunder.
The Feasibility Review shall be deemed to have been completed to Purchaser’s satisfaction only if Purchaser gives written notice to Seller of its election to continue this Contract (“Continuation Notice”) prior to the expiration of the Due Diligence Period.
