Development Review Committee definition

Development Review Committee or “DRC” means a committee of city staff members that reviews proposed development projects for compliance with this code, consisting of the director and others designated from time to time by the director and approved by the city council, such as the city engineer, one or more of city planning staff members, the city’s fire inspector, a representative of the city’s public works provider, the city attorney, and/or others.
Development Review Committee means a committee of the Union County Planning Board which is vested with the power to review and approve subdivisions and site plans pursuant to the N.J. County and Regional Act, N.J.S.A. 40:27-6.8.
Development Review Committee or "DRC" means the Development Review Committee of the City of Tallahassee or of Leon County, as applicable.

  • A copy of the Application Notice Letter must be received by the Intake Section of M-NCPPC’s Development Applications and Regulatory Coordination Division prior to the scheduled Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting on the application.

Development Review Committee means the administrative land use authority whose purpose is to receive, review, consider the final plat, and if all requirements and standards are met, issue final plat approval. The committee is comprised of members representing the following City departments and City's fire service agency: Community Development; Engineering and Public Works; and also includes the Fire Marshall (or designee) of the South Davis Fire Service area.
