Federal Vacation Leave Value means the dollar value of the number of hours of vacation leave an Appointed Employee would have been entitled to as a federal employee for the year beginning on the Transfer Date based on that employee’s Federal Salary.
Annual leave and Clause 6.3 “Personal (Sick) Leave” of this Agreement.
parental bereavement leave means leave under section 80EA of the Employment Rights Act 1996;
housing benefit means housing benefit under Part 7 of the SSCBA;
Maximum Benefit Amount means the maximum amount payable for coverage provided to You as shown in the Schedule of Benefits.
Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.
Paid leave means time away from work by an employee for which the employee receives compensation, and is limited to sick time, vacation time, compensatory time and leave that is provided as an aggregate amount for use at the discretion of the employee for any of these same purposes. Accumulated leave means the period of time that is accumulated under the Plan as leave during a work period.
Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.
Average weekly wage means the amount derived by dividing an

Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:
FMLA Leave means a leave of absence, which the Company is required to extend to an Employee under the provisions of the FMLA.
Benefit Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20.12 hereof.
Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.
Vacation means annual vacation with pay.
Medical leave means leave from work taken by a covered individual that is made neces-
adoption leave means a period of absence from work on ordinary or additional adoption leave by virtue of section 75A or 75B of the Employment Rights Act 1996;
Current Sick Leave means those days of sick leave for the current contract year, which leave is granted at the rate of one day of sick leave per month worked, or major part thereof.
