Federation PMU definition

Federation PMU means the Federation Project Management Unit headed by a Manager and comprising a qualified Procurement Manager, a Procurement Analyst, a Financial Manager, an Accountant, a Project Engineer and such other qualified personnel, as necessary, established in FMET.
