Fee Expert definition

Fee Expert means Ankura Consulting who shall be obligated to keep all Class Member data strictly confidential and secured by means of data security measures that meet the requirements of 12 CFR § 748, and appendices thereto, and shall not be disclosed other than as provided for under the terms of this Agreement or as ordered by the Court.
Fee Expert means Ankura Consulting.
Fee Expert means Ankura Consulting Group, LLC, or such other third-party chosen by Class Counsel and approved by Defendant’s counsel, employed to identify the members of the APSN Class and the Sufficient Funds Class (defined below) and to calculate payments to Class Members.

  • No later than the Distribution Calculation Deadline, the Fee Expert must provide to Defendant, Class Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator a listing of the distribution amount due to each Class Member, in a manner that permits the Settlement Administrator to distribute the calculated amount to each Class Member.

  • Defendant will provide the Fee Expert available information to calculate the amounts to be paid to each Class Member under this settlement.

  • The amount of these forgiven fees is approximately $5,727,305.As discussed separately below, attorneys’ fees, litigation costs, and the costs paid to a third-party Settlement Administrator and Fee Expert to administer the settlement (including mailing and emailing this Notice) will be paid out of the Settlement Fund.

Such a person must be accredited or certified as being qualified by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers or be a registered professional engineer who has certification or licensing that includes education and experience in corrosion control of buried or submerged metal piping systems and metal tanks.

  • Independent Firm means a nationally recognized accounting firm; provided, however, that such term shall not include any accounting firm that performs or has preformed audit services with respect to Parent or Cal Dive.

  • Independent Auditor has the meaning specified in Section 6.01(a).

  • Mediator means an individual who conducts a mediation.

  • Audit Firm means an audit firm as defined in point (3) of Article 2 of Directive 2006/43/EC;
