Data Security Measures definition

Data Security Measures means technical and organisational measures that are aimed at ensuring a level of security of Personal Data that is appropriate to the risk of the Processing, including protecting Personal Data against accidental or unlawful loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, and all other forms of unlawful Processing, including measures to ensure the confidentiality of Personal Data.
Data Security Measures means appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Ad Data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, access, or processing.
Data Security Measures has the meaning given in paragraph 20.8 of Part B of Schedule 4 (Warranties);

  • Security Measures has the meaning given in Section 7.1.1 (Google’s Security Measures).

The supportive measures must be non-disciplinary and non-punitive in nature; offered before or after the filing of a formal complaint or where no formal complaint has been filed; and offered to either party as appropriate, as reasonably available, and without fee or charge.   • Security Vulnerability means a flaw or weakness in system security procedures, design, implementation, or internal controls that could be exercised (accidentally triggered or intentionally exploited) and result in a security breach such that data is compromised, manipulated or stolen or the system damaged.

  • Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.

  • Data Security Requirements means, collectively, all of the following, to the extent relating to privacy or data security and applicable to the Company or to its conduct of the Business: (i) the Company’s own rules, policies, and procedures; (ii) all applicable laws; (iii) industry standards applicable to the industry in which the Company operates; and (iv) Contracts into which the Company has entered or by which it is otherwise bound.

  • freezing of economic resources means preventing the use of economic resources to obtain funds, goods or services in any way, including, but not limited to, by selling, hiring or mortgaging them;

Eligible gas measures do not include propane or butane measures.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.
