Felling Order definition

Felling Order means the order in each Period specified in writing by Us from time to time in which the Work Sites are to be worked by You and, for the first Period of this Agreement, the order specified in the Lot Information and Conditions any change to which must be agreed between the parties;

More Definitions of Felling Order

Felling Order means the systematic order in which the Sale Area must be felled, and in the event of a felling order being required, as initially specified in Part 4 of the Schedule and / or as provided by the Purchaser at the PCM for agreement by both parties, any change to which must be agreed in writing between the parties;

  • Preliminary Approval Order means the order, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be entered by the Court preliminarily approving the Settlement and directing that notice of the Settlement be provided to the Settlement Class.
