Field Change definition

Field Change means a written Contract Modification that does not change the Contract Sum or the Contract Time or the purpose or intent of the Specifications.
Field Change means a non-material change made to support installation that does not require a change to P&IDs, one-line electrical diagrams or the equipment arrangement drawings. Field changes are not contrary to the COL or the DCD, and are determined through a technical evaluation not to adversely affect the form, fit or function of the system, structure or component.
Field Change means a change to the Contract Documents that results in no change in either the cost or time schedule of the Contract.

Field Change means a change to the Final Plans that does not result in a change to the Contract Sum or the Contract Time as defined in the Contract Documents, unless reduced to a Change Order which modifies the contract sum and/or extends time.
Field Change means a proposed deviation from a technical or design requirement or specification of an earlier granted, unexpired development approval (not including any requirement or specification regulated by the Residential Site Improvement Standards) that is confirmed by the Township Engineer to be so minor that it would not result in any difference in function or appearance at or near the project site, or any change in the estimate(s) by which performance and maintenance guarantees are calculated.

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment, or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program, or school operation or a reorganization or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.
