Final Evaluation Rating definition

Final Evaluation Rating means the final holistic evaluation rating that is assigned to a teacher pursuant to terms of this policy. The evaluation rating is assigned at the conclusion of the evaluation cycle. Standards-Based Teacher Evaluation Teacher evaluations will utilize multiple factors, with the intent of providing meaningful feedback to each teacher and assigning an effectiveness rating based upon teacher performance, student growth, and other locally determined criteria. Each teacher evaluation will result in an evaluation rating of:
Final Evaluation Rating means the final summative holistic score assigned to a teacher pursuant to terms of this policy. The evaluation rating is assigned at the conclusion of the evaluation cycle and will be based on a combination of observations and evidence of growth using evidence from High- Quality Student Data. Each completed evaluation will result in the assignment of one of the following evaluation ratings: Accomplished, Skilled, Developing, or Ineffective, based on the summative review of observations, which includes two District-approved measures of High-Quality Student Data (HQSD), one of which shall be the value-added measure for any teacher who has one.

Examples of Final Evaluation Rating in a sentence

  • The appeal process will take place only if voluntarily initiated by the non-probationary teacher whose Final Evaluation Rating was ineffective or partially effective for two consecutive years.

  • Any increments of further salary adjustments not previously paid and owed to EMPLOYEES based on receipt of their Final Evaluation Rating (Instructional Practice Score and Student Growth Score) shall be paid subsequent to BOARD approval and the date on which EMPLOYEES receive their Final Evaluation Rating retroactive to the EMPLOYEE’S first contract day of that school year.

  • Any negotiated increments or salary adjustments shall be paid to EMPLOYEES with Instructional Practice Scores that earn them a Final Evaluation Rating of at least “Effective” as soon as practicable following BOARD approval of any such increments or adjustments retroactive to the EMPLOYEE’S first contract day of that school year.

  • Not before April 15 and no later than June 1 • Summative Evaluation Conference • Receive Final Evaluation Rating • All statutory required observations (60 minutes for most/90 minutes for Provisional Year 3) must be completed.

  • If an employee with more than five (5) years of experience receives a Final Evaluation Rating below Proficient, the employee must be observed before October 15th the following year.

Related to Final Evaluation Rating

  • Annual summative evaluation rating means an annual evaluation rating that is based on appraisals of educator practice and student performance, and includes all measures captured in a teacher’s evaluation rubric. The four summative performance categories are ineffective, partially effective, effective, and highly effective.

  • Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Moody’s Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Moody's and xxxx xx effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsexxxxx xong-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Highest Rating Category means, with respect to a Permitted Investment, that the Permitted Investment is rated by S&P or Moody’s in the highest rating category given by that rating agency for that general category of security. By way of example, the Highest Rating Category for tax exempt municipal debt established by S&P is “A 1+” for debt with a term of one year or less and “AAA” for a term greater than one year, with corresponding ratings by Moody’s of “MIG 1” (for fixed rate) or “VMIG 1” (for variable rate) for three months or less and “Aaa” for greater than three months. If at any time (i) both S&P and Moody’s rate a Permitted Investment and (ii) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Permitted Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Moody’s is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Threshold Rating means the short-term unsecured debt rating of P-1 by Moody's and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.

  • Index Debt Rating means the S&P Rating, the Xxxxx’x Rating and the Fitch Rating.

  • Rating Point means the V&H coordinates associated with a particular telephone number for rating purposes.

  • Initial Rating With respect to the Secured Notes, the rating or ratings, if any, indicated in Section 2.3.

  • Moody’s First Trigger Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, (i) if such entity has a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A2” and a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s of “Prime-1”, or (ii) if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A1”.

  • Moody’s means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc.

  • Debt Rating has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”

  • Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, (i) if such entity has a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A3” and a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s of “Prime-2”, or (ii) if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A3”.

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (a) with respect to Fitch, a credit rating of BBB- or higher, (b) with respect to Xxxxx’x, a credit rating of Baa3 or higher and (c) with respect to S&P, a credit rating of BBB- or higher.

  • Debt Ratings has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.

  • Ratings As of any date of determination, the ratings, if any, of the Certificates as assigned by the Rating Agencies.

  • Pricing Level III shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 2.50 to 1.00.

  • Rating Level means, with respect to any rating agency, each rating subcategory or “notch” of such rating agency , giving effect to pluses and minuses (or similar designations). By way of illustration, BBB+, BBB and BBB- are each separate Rating Levels of S&P.

  • Pricing Level IV means any time when (i) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, (ii) the Senior Debt Rating is BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s and (iii) Pricing Levels I, II and III do not apply.

  • Pricing Level II shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.50 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Level IV Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated BBB+ or higher by S&P or Baa1 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) none of Level I Pricing, Level II Pricing or Level III Pricing applies.

  • S&P Global Ratings means S&P Global Ratings, a division of S&P Global.
