Examples of Final Sold Shares in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the aforesaid, and without any liability on the Selling Shareholders, the Allottees of the Final Sold Shares shall be entitled to dividends and other corporate benefits attached to the Final Sold Shares, if any, declared by the Company after the Closing Date, subject to Applicable Law and such Final Sold Shares shall rank pari-passu to Equity Shares of the Company.
