Examples of Final Sold Shares in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything stated in this Agreement, such Final Sold Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares.

  • The Share Escrow Failure Notice, or the Selling Shareholders’ Share Escrow Failure Notice, as the case may be, shall indicate whether the Event of Failure has occurred before or after the transfer of the Final Sold Shares to the Allottees in accordance with Clause 5.2.
