Final Specifications definition

Final Specifications means the final written specifications established for the characteristics, quality and quality control testing procedures for Drug Substance or Drug Product, as developed and approved by the Parties in accordance with Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

Final Specifications means the detailed portion of the design documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment construction systems, standards and workmanship for the Work and related services, approved by Owner, and any amendments thereto, and including the Specifications issued by Owner and any amendments thereto.

Final Specifications as used herein shall mean a complete detailed statement of design of and functions to be performed by the Product, to be provided pursuant to Section 2.3.

Examples of Final Specifications in a sentence

• In the event that the Qualification Sets meet the Final Specifications, LGE shall give written notice thereof to SpatiaLight and LGE shall be required to purchase from SpatiaLight the LCoS Sets in accordance with all of the provisions of this Agreement.

• In the event that the Qualification Sets do not meet the agreed upon Final Specifications, LGE may cancel this Agreement by providing written notice to SpatiaLight not later than October 31, 2004 ("Notice of Cancellation").

• If LGE does not provide a Notice of Cancellation, the Qualification Sets shall be considered to meet the Final Specifications and LGE shall be required to purchase and SpatiaLight shall be required to sell the LCoS Sets in accordance with all of the provisions of this Agreement.

• SpatiaLight and LGE agree to work together to the extent necessary during the Qualification Period to assure that the Qualification Sets meet LGE's Final Specifications.

• Exabyte and Hitachi shall act diligently and as expeditiously as possible in reaching an agreement on Final Specifications.

More Definitions of Final Specifications

Final Specifications has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1(c);

Final Specifications mean the final specifications for the Product that are required for the use of the Product in Phase III clinical studies in the Field, to be developed by the JDT pursuant to Section 4.5(c).

Final Specifications means the mutually agreed upon technical and other specifications for the Prototype Powertrain Systems, RAV4 EV and Phase 1 of the Project, which shall include, without limitation, the TMC EV Spec Book as such Final Specifications may be revised pursuant to Section 2(e) to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties and incorporated herein by reference.

The FINAL SPECIFICATIONS shall be included in the RESULTS.

Final Specifications means the production and quality control specifications for the Final Product, all as set forth in EXHIBIT B hereto with such amendments thereto as the parties may from time to time approve in writing.

Final Specifications are the documents of WS-I published by WS-I and described as Final Specifications.

Final Specifications means HET's written report specifying: (i) HET's recommended mechanical design (geometrical dimensions) for a Processor in the 1 to 10 kW range, (ii) the types of catalysts to be used, (iii) the parts-per million of carbon-monoxide in the hydrogen from the Processor and (iv) the conditions under which the Processor is to be operated, the whole in detail sufficient to HPEC. Attached to such report shall be a letter from each of the manufacturers of the types of catalysts referred to in such report pursuant to which such manufacturers shall consent to the use by HPEC of such catalysts for the purposes of testing the prototype Processor;
