Final System Acceptance definition

Final System Acceptance means the project milestone when the County accepts as complete the project scope of work for its individual contract with the Successful Offeror. The project scope of work includes, without limitation: Detailed Design Review, System Factory Staging, Site Development and System Integration Services, Regulatory Work, Training, System Acceptance Testing, System Cutover, Documentation, Equipment Removal, and Punchlist Resolution, as each of those terms is used within section 2.2 of the RFP (System Specifications).
Final System Acceptance means acceptance of the System Upgrade as a whole, as set forth in Article 32 hereof.
Final System Acceptance means completion of the Final Acceptance Period, testing and written acceptance by the Authority as provided in Section 7.3 hereof.

More Definitions of Final System Acceptance

Final System Acceptance shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Construction Contract.

Final System Acceptance means the Approval Certification for all Deliverables in all Phases 0, I, II, and III and Medicaid Phases A, B, and C with the exception of the deliverable associated with the System Post-Deployment Stabilization Period Payment Milestone.
Final System Acceptance means when Contractor: (i) completes the Acceptance Tests on the System in accordance with the Acceptance Test Plan, and related punch-list items to the satisfaction of the County; (ii) completes final installation of the System and related punch-list items to the satisfaction of the County; (iii) completes installation of the subscriber equipment to the satisfaction of the County; (iv) completes all training required by the Contract Documents; (v) provides the County with all deliverables (e.g., as-built documentation, etc.) required by the
Final System Acceptance means that Purchaser has, at the completion of Phase II Full Deployment, accepted the Work provided by Supplier after both parties have mutually performed a Final System Acceptance Test (FSAT) with results satisfactory to Purchaser as measured against the FSAT criteria set forth in Attachment E and satisfying Specifications in Attachment A and as identified in any and all Attachments to this Agreement.
