Financial Interest Prohibited. Engineer covenants and represents that Engineer, his/her/its officers, employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors will have no financial interest, direct or indirect, in the purchase or sale of any product, materials or equipment that will be recommended or required for the construction of the Project.

A/E covenants and represents that A/E, its officers, employees, agents, consultants, and subcontractors will have no financial interest, direct or indirect, in the purchase or sale of any product, materials, or equipment that will be recommended or required for the construction of the Project.
Financial Interest Prohibited. Under s. 946.13, Wis. Stats. COUNTY employees and officials are prohibited from holding a private pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any public contract. By executing this Agreement, each party represents that it has no knowledge of a COUNTY employee or official involved in the making or performance of the Agreement that has a private pecuniary interest therein. It is expressly understood and agreed that any subsequent finding of a violation of s. 946.13, Wis. Stat. may result in this Agreement being voided at the discretion of the COUNTY.

Firm covenants and represents that Firm and its officers, employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors will have no financial interest, direct or indirect, in the purchase or sale of any product, materials or equipment that will be recommended or required for the construction of the Project.
Financial Interest Prohibited. A conflict of interest may arise when the employee, officer or agent; any member of his or her immediate family; his or her partner; or, any organization that employs, or is about to employ any of the above, has a financial or other interest in the firm or person selected to perform a subcontract pursuant to this Sub-recipient agreement. The Sub-recipient shall ensure that no employee, officer, or agent of the Sub-recipient shall participate in the selection, in the award or administration of a subcontract supported by Sub-recipient agreement funds pursuant to this Sub-recipient agreement and comply with Chapter 171, Texas Local Government Code.

Test Engineer covenants and represents that Test Engineer, its officers, employees, agents, consultants, and subcontractors will have no financial interest, direct or indirect, in the purchase or sale of any product, materials, or equipment that will be recommended or required for the construction of the Project.
Financial Interest Prohibited. The shall have no financial interest or fiduciary relationship to any contractor, vendor, subcontractor, supplier or consultant who will provide services or products in the design and construction of the project.
Financial Interest Prohibited. Construction Manager covenants and represents that Construction Manager, its officers, employees, agents, engineers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors will have no financial interest, direct or indirect, in the purchase or sale of any product, materials or equipment that will be recommended or required for the construction of the Project.
Financial Interest Prohibited. Landscape Architect covenants and represents that Landscape Architect, his/her/its officers, employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors will have no financial interest, direct or indirect, in the purchase or sale of any product, materials or equipment that will be recommended or required for the construction of the project.
Financial Interest Prohibited. No member of the governing body or other official of City shall have any financial interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement, the Development Property, or any contract, agreement, or other transaction contemplated to occur or be undertaken thereunder or with respect thereto, nor shall any such member of the governing body or other such official participate in any decision relating to this Agreement which affects his/her personal interest or the interests of any corporation, partnership, or association in which he/she is directly or indirectly interested. No member, official, or employee of City shall be personally liable to City in the event of any default or breach by Developer or Owner or any successor to Developer or Owner on any obligation under this Agreement.
