FINISHING SCHEDULE means the schedule annexed hereto as Annexure “D”

• The CONTRACTOR is hereby appointed by the EMPLOYER to erect in a proper and workmanlike manner a dwelling house and outbuildings (“the WORKS”) on the erf described in Schedule B hereto (hereinafter referred as “the PROPERTY”) substantially in accordance with the PLANS and the FINISHING SCHEDULE.

• It is the intention of the CONTRACTOR to construct the WORKS materially in accordance with the PLAN and FINISHING SCHEDULE.

• The CONTRACTOR is hereby appointed by the EMPLOYER to erect in a proper and workmanlike manner a dwelling house and outbuildings (“the WORKS”) on the erf described in Schedule A hereto (hereinafter referred as “the PROPERTY”) substantially in accordance with the PLANS and the FINISHING SCHEDULE.

• However, the EMPLOYER may select his choice of finishes where the FINISHING SCHEDULE provides for choices, provided that such items will be supplied by the CONTRACTORS’s preferred supplier.

More Definitions of FINISHING SCHEDULE

FINISHING SCHEDULE means the Finishing Schedule as per Annexure C to this Agreement;

In the event of any of the specific materials mentioned on Annexure “B2” proving to be unavailable, the Contractor reserves the right to use alternative materials of reasonably equal standard. 2.1 The Contractor shall erect the Works substantially in accordance with the Plan and Finishing Schedule as hereinbefore defined. 2.2 In the event of any discrepancy arising between the Plan and the Finishing Schedule, the provisions of the Finishing Schedule shall prevail.

FINISHING SCHEDULE means the detailed schedule of finishes and specifications attached hereto as Annexure “B 2”, which schedule the Employer by his signature hereto warrants he has carefully inspected and scrutinized;
