Firm Fixed Price Basis definition

Firm Fixed Price Basis means that the Contractor shall receive, as full and complete compensation for the provision of Deliverable(s), Firm Fixed Price(s),which shall constitute complete compensation for all costs, expenses, and efforts incurred by Contractor in provision of the Deliverable(s).
