First Level Supervisor definition

First Level Supervisor. (94.5%) means - an employee who is appointed by the employer to be, or is, responsible for a defined or designated area of a shop. Such employee may work alone, or directly supervise other employees, in the defined or designated area.

More Definitions of First Level Supervisor

First Level Supervisor means an employee whose primary function is the direct supervision of other employees and any contract labour directly employed in operation and maintenance of the Production Facilities Property;

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work.
