First service means the first service rendered to the buyer under a prepaid entertainment contract that is typical of the type of service rendered throughout the course of the contract and that is not a special or an introductory service.

• If you move Home and we’ve already carried out a First service or an Annual service at your Property in the last twelve months, we won’t carry out another one, even if you’ve just moved in.

• At the First service, our engineer will check that your boiler is on our Approved list and that your boiler and/or system doesn’t have any pre- existing faults.

• Once the First service has been carried out, if you have not already done so, you will need to sign this Agreement within 14 days – otherwise, your cover will not start and we will invoice you for the First service.

• If we’ve installed a new boiler for you, the First service will be carried out as part of the installation.

• Once this repair has been carried out, you will need to sign this Agreement within 14 days – otherwise, your cover will not start and we will invoice you for the First service.

• First service between 600-1000 miles after installation: Oil and filter must be changed, valves re-adjusted and cylinder heads re-torqued (refer to initial startup instructions).

• Patients who do not consent to sharing details cannot access the Pharmacy First service and will be transferred to usual care.

• The patient does not have to produce evidence of registration to access the Pharmacy First service.

First service means our first visit to you after you enter a cover contract with us, to check and confirm whether we can cover you. Materials” means the materials required for the provision of the Services which we will supply, where applicable, as specified in the Quotation. “Property” means the building, including any attached garage or conservatory, where the Services are to be carried out. “Repair” means to fix your Equipment following a fault or breakdown; “Replace” means us replacing your Equipment or parts with a standard alternative. We will provide replacements with similar functionality but not necessarily an identical make, model, or type of fitting; “Services” means the services including but not limited to powerflush, boiler repair, installation, or boiler services to be provided by us to you as detailed in clause 5 below; and “Service Fee” means a fixed sum to be paid by you to us for the Services, in accordance with the Contract.

First service has one subsidiary, The Eagles Nest Bay Company ("Eagles Nest"), and, other than the ownership of First Service and Eagles Nest, neither United Federal nor First Service owns any stock or other equity interest in any corporation, service corporation, joint venture, partnership or other entity. First Service's authorized capital stock consists of 3,000 shares of common stock, $100.00 par value per share ("First Service Stock"), of which 2,250 shares are issued and outstanding and constitute the only securities issued by First Service. Eagles Nest's authorized capital stock consists of 100,000 shares of common stock, $1.00 par value per share ("Eagles Nest Stock"), of which 10,000 shares are issued and outstanding and constitute the only securities issued by Eagles Nest. All outstanding shares of First Service Stock are owned of record and beneficially by United Federal and all outstanding shares of Eagles Nest Stock are owned of record and beneficially by First Service. Each outstanding share of First Service Stock and Eagles Nest Stock (i) has been duly authorized, is validly issued and outstanding, and is fully paid and non-assessable, (ii) has not been issued in violation of the preemptive rights of any shareholder, and (iii) has been issued pursuant to and in compliance with the requirements of an applicable exemption from registration requirements under the 1933 Act.
