Prepaid entertainment contract means a contract under which the buyer of a service pays for or becomes obligated to pay for service prior to the buyer's receipt of or enjoyment of any or all of the service and that is a contract for: (1) Dance studio lessons, which include related services and instruction in ballroom or other types of dancing, and lessons whether given to students individually or in groups; (2) Social referral service, which includes any service that, for a fee, provides matching of members of the opposite sex, by any means, for purposes of introduction, dating, or general social contacts; (3) Martial arts training, whether or not the training will lead to a specific degree of expertise; (4) Health spa service, which includes contracts for instruction, training, or assistance in physical culture, body-building, exercising, reducing, figure development, or any other similar activity or for the use of the facilities of a health spa, gymnasium, or other facility used for any purpose described in this division, or for membership in any group, club, association, or organization formed for any purpose described in this division. "Prepaid entertainment contracts" do not include contracts for services rendered by any public or private nonprofit school, college, or university; by the state or any of its political subdivisions; or by any nonprofit religious, ethnic, or community organization.

  • Collective Bargaining Agreement means any Contract that has been entered into with any labor organization, union, works council, employee representative or association.

  • Collective Bargaining Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.

  • Employment Contracts means Contracts, whether oral or written, relating to a Business Employee, including any communication or practice relating to a Business Employee which imposes any obligation on Seller or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • IT Contracts means the contracts (whether or not in writing and including those currently being negotiated) under which any third party provides or will provide any element of, or services relating to, the IT Assets, including leasing, hire purchase, licensing, maintenance, website hosting, outsourcing, security, back-up, disaster recovery, insurance, cloud computing and other types of services agreements.

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) means a business concern certified as a DVBE by the Office of Small Business Certification and Resources, Department of General Services.

  • Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a)(viii).

  • Employment Contract means any contract between the Corporation or any Designated Affiliate and any Eligible Employee, Eligible Director or Other Participant relating to, or entered into in connection with, the employment of the Eligible Employee, the appointment or election of the Eligible Director or the engagement of the Other Participant or any other agreement to which the Corporation or a Designated Affiliate is a party with respect to the rights of such Participant in respect of a change in control of the Corporation or the termination of employment, appointment, election or engagement of such Participant;

  • Business enterprise means a firm, sole proprietorship, partnership, association, corporation, company, or other business entity of any kind including, but not limited to, a limited liability corporation, incorporated professional association, joint venture, estate, or trust.

  • Place of entertainment means a public or private entertainment facility, such as a stadium, arena, racetrack, museum, amusement park, or other place where performances, concerts, exhibits, athletic games, or contests are held, for which an entry fee is charged, to which the public is invited to observe, and for which tickets are sold. "Place of entertainment" does not include a ski area.

  • List of Contracts means the list identifying each Contract constituting part of the Trust Corpus, which list (a) identifies each Contract and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date, (ii) the amount of monthly payments due from the Obligor, (iii) the Contract Rate and (iv) the maturity date, and which list (as in effect on the Closing Date) is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit H.

  • Enterprise Agreement means an agreement certified under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) or approved under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW).

  • Professional entertainer means a person who performs services in the professional performing arts for wages or other remuneration on a per-event basis.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
