Customer Hardware definition

Customer Hardware means the third-party camera owned or provided by Customer and any other physical elements that interact with the Embedded Software and the Web Interface to provide the Services.
Customer Hardware means the Hardware leased or owned by Customer that are used by Supplier to provide the Services, including the Hardware set forth in Exhibit 6, and any modification or enhancement of the foregoing.
Customer Hardware means any Infrastructure provided by Customer to be placed in an ORock facility as part of the Customer-Controlled Infrastructure that is not otherwise approved in writing by ORock and in advance of installation.

  • You acknowledge that doing so may negatively impact performance of the Services, the Brightspeed-provided Equipment and/or the Customer Hardware.


More Definitions of Customer Hardware

Customer Hardware means the servers, computers system and connecting lines and cables installed in the Rack Space within the scope of the Housing Services and clearly labeled as the Customer’s property. • Database means both the database server software, and the database itself necessary to perform webhosting.
