Examples of Fiscal Manual in a sentence

  • Contractor hereby agrees to fully cooperate and comply with the Fiscal Manual on all fiscal matters related to this Agreement.

Related to Fiscal Manual

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Financial Management Manual means the manual dated June 2009, adopted by the Project Implementing Entity for the purpose of implementing and monitoring the financial management aspects of the Project.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.
