Fisheries definition

Fisheries includes aquaculture and refers to either marine or freshwater fish, crustaceans, and molluscs (e.g. bivalves, gastropods and cephalopods).

Fisheries means the living aquatic resources of the internal waters, the territorial sea, the exclusive economic zone and any other waters over which the Republic claims jurisdiction;‌‌‌
