Fixed Monthly Charge definition

Fixed Monthly Charge is defined in the Price Schedule.
Fixed Monthly Charge means the charge as set out in Item 3.3 and 3.4 of the Schedule;
Fixed Monthly Charge is defined in the Price Schedule; provided that the initial Fixed Monthly Charge for each of the Initial Aircraft shall be determined subject to Section 4.5.

More Definitions of Fixed Monthly Charge

Fixed Monthly Charge. The fixed monthly amount of [$] you pay for service with SEP. This amount is equal to the Utility’s fixed monthly Capacity and/or Network Integrated Transmission Service charged to you.
Fixed Monthly Charge means the amount specified in the Price Schedule. “Flight Crew” means a flight crew consisting of one captain and one first officer. “Flight Cycle” means a cycle consisting of one takeoff and one landing.
Fixed Monthly Charge or “FMC” shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 6.3;
Fixed Monthly Charge means the fixed recurring monthly service charge described in clause 3 of this Schedule, payable by the Customer as set out in the Purchase Order and in accordance with the payment terms of Schedule 1 or, where the Customer is invoiced yearly, 1/12th of the Fixed Annual Charge or where the Customer is invoiced quarterly, 1/3rd of the Fixed Quarterly Charge for applicable Circuit; “Frame Delay Variation” means the average time difference between the lowest RTD and the highest RTD experienced by test frames sent and received between two defined points in the network. Whether there is a Frame Delay Variation Target and the points in the network where measurements will be taken from depends on the product choice;
Fixed Monthly Charge shall have the meaning given to FMC in Part 2 of FOIA means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation (as defined in section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000) made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such act; FOIA Code has the meaning set out in Clause 102.8 (Freedom of Information);

Related to Fixed Monthly Charge

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Applicable Monthly Payment For any Mortgage Loan (including an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan) with respect to any month (including any such Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property has become an REO Property), the Monthly Payment; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the amount of any P&I Advance required to be made by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, notwithstanding the amount of such Applicable Monthly Payment, interest shall be calculated at the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate and, if applicable, shall be exclusive of Excess Interest; and provided, further, that for purposes of determining the amount of any P&I Advance, the Monthly Payment shall be as reduced pursuant to any modification of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement or pursuant to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement, or pursuant to any bankruptcy, insolvency, or other similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Monthly Excess Cashflow For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Monthly Excess Interest and Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Basic Monthly Earnings means your monthly rate of earnings from the Sponsor in effect immediately prior to the date Disability or Partial Disability begins. However, such earnings will not include bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and extra compensation.

  • Assumed Monthly Payment With respect to (a) any Mortgage Loan that is a Balloon Mortgage Loan delinquent in respect of its Balloon Payment beyond the Determination Date immediately following its scheduled maturity date (as such date may be extended in connection with a bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding involving the related Borrower or by reason of a modification, waiver or amendment granted or agreed to by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer), for that scheduled maturity date and for each subsequent Due Date as of which such Mortgage Loan remains outstanding and part of the Trust Fund, the scheduled monthly payment of principal and/or interest deemed to be due with respect to such Mortgage Loan on such Due Date equal to the amount (exclusive of Default Interest and any Post-ARD Additional Interest) that would have been due in respect thereof on such Due Date if such Mortgage Loan had been required to continue to accrue interest in accordance with its terms, and to pay principal in accordance with the amortization schedule (if any), in effect immediately prior to, and without regard to the occurrence of, such maturity date; and (b) any REO Mortgage Loan, for any Due Date as of which the related REO Property (or, in the case of any REO Mortgage Loan that is a successor to any Mortgage Loan in a Loan Combination, any interest in the related REO Property) remains part of the Trust Fund, the scheduled monthly payment of principal and/or interest deemed to be due in respect thereof on such Due Date equal to the Monthly Payment (or, in the case of a Balloon Mortgage Loan described in clause (a) of this definition, the Assumed Monthly Payment) that was due (or deemed due) with respect to the related Mortgage Loan on the last Due Date prior to its becoming an REO Mortgage Loan.

  • Monthly Recurring Charge refers to the sum that the Requesting Licensee shall pay for the service on a monthly basis computed from the beginning of the month as specified in Schedule 15;

  • Total Monthly Excess Spread As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess if any, of (i) the interest on the Mortgage Loans received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date or advanced by the Servicer for the related Remittance Date (net of Expense Fees) over (ii) the sum of the amounts payable to the Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(a)(i) on such Distribution Date.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cash Flow For any Distribution Date the amount remaining for distribution pursuant to subsection 4.02(a)(iii) (before giving effect to distributions pursuant to such subsection).

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Delinquency Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, the Principal Balance of all Contracts that were delinquent 60 days or more as of the end of the related Due Period (including Contracts in respect of which the related Motorcycles have been repossessed and are still in inventory).

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • FIXED CHARGE PER MONTH means the fixed charge per month payable by company which is inclusive of depreciation, parking fee if applicable, all applicable taxes & duties including VAT, insurances, wages and other emoluments of Operator/Driver(s) / Helper(s) /Jugalees and other operation staff/crew excluding GST.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Monthly P&I means, with respect to any Receivable, the amount of each monthly installment of principal and interest payable with respect to such Receivable in accordance with the terms thereof, exclusive of any charges allocable to the financing of any insurance premium and charges which represent late payment charges or extension fees.

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Date means the date occurring 90 days after the last day of a fiscal year of the Parent (commencing with its fiscal year ending December 31, 2000).

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.
