Foodservice personnel means those individuals responsible for planning, preparing, serving and otherwise oper- ating foodservice programs funded by USDA grants as provided for in the Na- tional School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966.

  • Third Party Service Providers means any third party wherever situated selected by us or any member of the BEA Group to provide services to it.
