Forbearance Documents definition

Forbearance Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Settlement Agreement and the Security Documents, as any of the foregoing may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
Forbearance Documents means the Forbearance Agreement, the First Amended Forbearance Agreement and this Agreement and all other documents executed and delivered in connection with this Agreement. All other capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth for such terms in the Loan Agreement.
Forbearance Documents means this Agreement and all other documents executed and delivered in connection with this Agreement.

Examples of Forbearance Documents in a sentence

  • The provisions of this Agreement and all other Forbearance Documents are deemed to be severable, and the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect or impair the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.

  • The rights and benefits of this Agreement and the Forbearance Documents shall not inure to the benefit of any third party.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in this Agreement or the other Forbearance Documents shall constitute a waiver by the Lender of any Default or Event of Default, whether now existing or hereafter arising (including, without limitation, the Acknowledged Events of Default).

  • The Borrower acknowledges that the Lender may, as determined by the Lender in its sole and exclusive discretion, retain one or more professional advisors and consultants to provide services as the Lender’s financial and business consultants (collectively, the “Lender’s Consultants”) to aid and assist the Lender incidental to the performance by the Borrower of all terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Forbearance Documents.

Forbearance Documents means this Agreement and all other documents executed and delivered in connection with thisAgreement.
Forbearance Documents means, collectively, the Forbearance Agreement, the IDG Commitment Agreement, the IDG Subordination Agreement, the Guarantor Consent Agreement, the Forbearance Closing Certificate and each of the other Instruments executed and delivered pursuant to or in connection with the Forbearance Agreement.
Forbearance Documents means, collectively, this Agreement and the other agreements entered into by the Company and any Creditor pursuant to SECTION 11.1.
Forbearance Documents means the Forbearance Letter Agreement and each of the other documents, instruments, and agreements executed and/or delivered in connection therewith.
Forbearance Documents means the Forbearance Agreements, any loan or credit agreements, promissory notes, guaranty agreements, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and all other instruments and documents executed and delivered in connection with, or to secure Mortgagor's obligations to the Line of Credit Banks and/or Principal, as the case may be, and as the same may be amended from time to time
Forbearance Documents means the Loan Documents, together with this Agreement and all other documents executed in connection herewith including but not limited to the documents listed in Section 7 of this Agreement.
Forbearance Documents means this Agreement, the Peregrine Party Guaranty, the Peregrine Party Security Agreement, the Canadian Guaranty, the Canadian Security Agreement, the Hypothec, the other Canadian Security Documents, the Copyright Security Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Patent Security Agreement, the Intercompany Subordination Agreement, the Promissory Notes, and any other agreement, instrument or document entered into between any Peregrine Party and any Purchaser or executed by any Peregrine Party in connection with this Agreement, in each case, as may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
