Force Majeure Delay Periods definition

Force Majeure Delay Periods means with respect to any particular occurrence of Force Majeure that number of days of delay in the performance by StadCo or the Authority, as applicable, of their respective obligations under this Agreement actually resulting from such occurrence of Force Majeure.

Related to Force Majeure Delay Periods

  • Force Majeure means an event beyond the control of the supplier and not involving the supplier’s fault or negligence and not foreseeable. Such events may include, but is not restricted to, acts of the purchaser in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions and freight embargoes.

  • Force Majeure Notice means a notice to be given by the Affected Party to the other party stating that a Force Majeure Event has occurred;

  • Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of the Party affected, including, but not limited to, acts of God, embargoes, governmental restrictions, strikes, riots, insurrection, wars or other military action, civil disorders, acts of terrorism, rebellion, fires, explosions, accidents, floods, vandalism, cable cuts and sabotage. Market conditions or fluctuations are not Force Majeure Events.

  • Event of Force Majeure means one of the following events:
