Foundry Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 (entitled — Foundry Services).

Foundry Services means semiconductor manufacturing services provided by a foundry company to its third-party customers on the manufacture of discrete semiconductors, integrated circuits or other semiconductors (including microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), image sensors, etc.) designed by such customers.
