Framework Terms definition

Framework Terms means these Standard Terms, the Key Terms between Provider and Customer, and any policies and documents referenced in or attached to the Key Terms.
Framework Terms means the applicable Ve framework terms entered into between the Supplier and the Customer;
Framework Terms means the terms of G-Cloud or any other framework agreement to which Redstone Cloud Consulting has agreed in writing, where the Customer purchases Services from Redstone Cloud Consulting under the terms of the framework;

Examples of Framework Terms in a sentence

  • This provision shall supersede clause 4.4 of the Framework Terms.

  • Clauses 4.1 and 4.2 of the Framework Terms do not apply to this Incentive.

  • The Incentive Terms will be set out in the relevant Incentive's application form, and if there is a conflict between the Incentive Terms and these Framework Terms, these Framework Terms will take precedence unless the Incentive Terms say otherwise.

  • The termination of an Incentive's Participation Agreement shall not affect any other Incentive's Participation Agreement, nor these Framework Terms.

  • Capitalised terms which are used in these Framework Terms have the meanings set out in Schedule 1 ( Definitions).

  • We may, at any time and without any liability to you, terminate or change all or any part of these Framework Terms and/or any Incentive's Participation Agreement, in order to comply with our legal obligations and/or applicable regulatory requirements.

  • We may change any of these Framework Terms for any other reason at any time on giving you at least 30 Working Days' notice.

  • By starting to post Eligible Mail for an Incentive that we have approved for you, you will be agreeing to participate in that Incentive on the Incentive Terms in your approved application form and these Framework Terms (together referred to as a Participation Agreement).

Related to Framework Terms

  • Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;

  • framework contract means a payment service contract which governs the future execution of individual and successive payment transactions and which may contain the obligation and conditions for setting up a payment account;

  • Support Terms means the detailed description of the applicable Support Services as specified at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corp/legal/.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Programme Agreement means the programme agreement entered into on or about the date hereof between, inter alios, the Guarantor, the Sellers, the Issuer, the Representative of the Covered Bondholders and the Dealers.

  • Basic Terms Modification means any proposal:

  • Framework means the framework arrangements established by the Authority for the provision of the Services to Contracting Bodies by suppliers (including the Supplier) pursuant to the OJEU Notice;

  • Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;

  • Framework Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Framework Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Framework Agreement as part of this Framework;

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the Assignment/job.
