Franchise System definition

Franchise System means the franchise system of the Business as operated by Franchisor.
Franchise System means the franchise system developed and operated by Franchisor, including all rights of Franchisor in and to said franchise system, through which Franchisor franchises to others the right to establish, develop and operate retail businesses that, among other things, sell and service tires, tire parts, tire accessories and related equipment and perform related services under the xxxx “Tire Pros” and other marks, using certain distinctive types of equipment, supplies, confidential information, business techniques, methods and procedures, and sales promotion programs.
Franchise System means the set of procedures and protocols developed by the National Franchisor for the provision of Services to Clients. Franchisee means that person, company or other legal entity as described in item 2(c) of the Schedule, including its servants, employees, agents and its successors and permitted assigns.
