Franchise System definition

Franchise System means the franchise system of the Business as operated by Franchisor.
Franchise System means the set of procedures and protocols developed by the National Franchisor for the provision of Services to Clients. Franchisee means that person, company or other legal entity as described in item 2(c) of the Schedule, including its servants, employees, agents and its successors and permitted assigns.
Franchise System means the franchise system developed and operated by Franchisor, including all rights of Franchisor in and to said franchise system, through which Franchisor franchises to others the right to establish, develop and operate retail businesses that, among other things, sell and service tires, tire parts, tire accessories and related equipment and perform related services under the ▇▇▇▇ “Tire Pros” and other marks, using certain distinctive types of equipment, supplies, confidential information, business techniques, methods and procedures, and sales promotion programs.

  • The Franchisee understands and agrees that the National Franchisor is constantly developing and working to improve the Franchise System and that the National Franchisor reserves the right to make changes from time to time to the Franchise System, Franchise Image and the Intellectual Property to be used by the Franchisee and any such changes must be implemented at the cost of the Franchisee.

Franchisor and its affiliates continue to expend time, skill and money to investigate new or substitute procedures, systems, products, services, programs and activities and, if Franchisor considers it desirable, to develop and integrate them into the Franchise System.
Franchise System means the interdependent network composed of us, all Just Between Friends franchise, all Just Between Friends franchisees, and any other persons or business entities JBF has authorized to use the Marks, the System, or both.
