The Franchisee understands and agrees that the National Franchisor is constantly developing and working to improve the Franchise System and that the National Franchisor reserves the right to make changes from time to time to the Franchise System, Franchise Image and the Intellectual Property to be used by the Franchisee and any such changes must be implemented at the cost of the Franchisee.
