Free Content definition

Free Content means any Content that is accessible without the payment of a Subscription Fee;
Free Content means any text, software, script, graphic, picture, sound, music, video, audio-visual combination, interactive functionality and any other material and/or content owned by third parties, which will be available free of charge to the Consumer on the Platform through Hyperlink or Widget and/or in Streaming or Download mode starting from the date of execution of these Terms and Conditions and for their entire term, as better defined in Article 12 below.
Free Content means any material, program or service to which access is provided free of charge. Integrated Public Number Database has the same meaning given to it in the Act. Interruption in the supply of goods or a service means a delay in supplying, a failure to supply or an error or defect in the supply of, those goods or that service. National ADSL & voice service refers to fixed-line internet and voice services offered outside TransACT’s own network footprint.

More Definitions of Free Content

Free Content means any text, software, script, graphic, picture, sound, music, video, audio-visual combination, interactive functionality and any other material and/or content owned by third parties and available on the Platform for the User through Hyperlink or Widget and/or for Streaming or Download. It is expressly understood that the Free Content also includes the following services and features:
Free Content means content that a user does not directly purchase from the service for a fee, but receives a gift from another user or obtains content for free while using the service.
Free Content means book content owned or controlled by Publisher, including cover art, photographs, illustrations, charts and videos, promotional content (e.g. book reviews, author bios, forewords, extras and similar content) and associated metadata, which has been cleared for distribution in digital form.
Free Content means any Content that is accessible without the payment of a Subscription Fee; “Learning Establishment” being a provider of education to persons of any age including, but not limited to, schools, colleges, universities and professional / adult education providers;

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.
