FSRU Site definition

FSRU Site a Jetty, and/or the regasified LNG off-loading infrastructure on a jetty and the zone surrounding a jetty and the FSRU (including the waters) designated for the FSRU and LNG vessels in a Port.
FSRU Site means the Jetty, Cartagena, Colombia;
FSRU Site has the meaning given to it in the Charter Agreement.

  • For each Gas Day after the completion of Commissioning and after Acceptance Date when the Vessel operates at FSRU Site, Customer shall have the right to nominate according to this schedule the lesser of (i) the Maximum Daily Contract Quantity; and (ii) the Available LNG Inventory.

  • The Vessel will transfer to FSRU Mode upon becoming all fast at the FSRU Site unless it is delivered in LNGC Mode.

  • Except as it may otherwise be mutually agreed by the Parties, or with the exception of tsunami warnings or adverse weather in the vicinity of the FSRU Site where the Vessel may leave the FSRU Site temporarily under her own propulsion to a safe port or place and thereafter return as soon as the FSRU Site ceases to be subject to such tsunami warnings or adverse weather (at all such times being on Hire), the Vessel under this Agreement may not be used in any port or place other than at the FSRU Site.

  • Should the Vessel be a Constructive Total Loss, this Charter shall be deemed terminated as of 12:00 hours local time (at the FSRU Site) on the day on which the Vessel was damaged and the payment of Hire shall cease at such date and time.

  • If the Vessel is delivered in LNGC Mode, then the Parties shall comply with the remainder of this Clause 7.4 on and from the date when the Vessel arrives at the FSRU Site following Charterer’s subsequent instruction that the Vessel enter FSRU Mode and the Parties shall, when agreeing the LNGC Mode TCP, also agree the replacement time period to apply in respect of the first paragraph of Clause 7.4(c).

  • The Vessel's employment under this Agreement shall only be as a floating storage and regasification unit for LNG and the Vessel shall be moored at the Jetty located in the FSRU Site and shall be capable of receiving and storing LNG and discharging regasified LNG subject to the terms of this Agreement and the FSRU Operation and Services Agreement.

  • Unless Lessee has exercised the Purchase Option, if this Agreement is terminated prior to the expiration of the Term in accordance with any provision of this Agreement or applicable Law, the Vessel shall be redelivered by Lessee to Owner at the FSRU Site on the date on which this Agreement terminates and, subject to Clause 4.12(c), Owner shall pay Lessee for the LNG on board at the LNG Price and any other sums Lessee is entitled to receive under this Agreement.

  • Should the Vessel be a Total Loss, this Charter shall terminate and payment of Hire shall cease at 12:00 hours local time (at the FSRU Site) on the day of her loss.

  • The Vessel will transfer to LNGC Mode upon disconnection from the FSRU Site.

  • Customer shall be responsible for procuring and paying for (i) provision of tugs, pilots, escorts and other support vessels for mooring the LNG Carriers to the Vessel; (ii) any Port Charges, including all towage, pilotage, and mooring expenses relating to loading, reloading, discharging and bunkering at the FSRU Site; and (iii) all costs and expenses relating to Vessel security at the FSRU Site required by the port facility or any relevant authority in accordance with the ISPS Code.


More Definitions of FSRU Site

FSRU Site means the Terminal, the waters and the immediate surroundings of, including points of access to, the port, which is at the date of this Charter located in Old Harbour Bay, Jamaica, and including the safety zone and/or the marine exclusion zone surrounding the jetty or mooring and around the Vessel; provided that, Charterer may, subject to the terms of Clause 16.2 designate an Alternative FSRU Site, which shall be treated for all purposes as the FSRU Site once the Vessel has been delivered by Owner to Charterer at the Alternative FSRU Site.
FSRU Site has the meaning ascribed in the FSRU Operation and Services Agreement;

Related to FSRU Site

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • School Site means the land set aside for each type of school, such as Elementary, Junior High, Senior High operated by the School Board, including but not limited to municipal school reserve;

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations;

  • Originating site means a site where a patient is located at the time health care services are provided via telecommunications system or where the asynchronous store and forward service originates.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.
