FT Shares means the previously unissued common shares in the capital of the Issuer offered by the Issuer pursuant to the Private Placement comprising part of the Units;

FT Shares has the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Agreement;

FT Shares means a “flow-through share” as defined in subsection 66(15) of the Tax Act;

FT Shares means the 2,000,000 Common Shares issued on a "flow-through" basis, at a price of $0.075 per FT Share, as part of the FT Private Placement;
