FT Shares definition

FT Shares means the previously unissued common shares in the capital of the Issuer offered by the Issuer pursuant to the Private Placement comprising part of the Units;

FT Shares has the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Agreement;

FT Shares means a Share which is a “flow-through share” (as defined in Section 66(15) of the ITA) to be offered by the Issuer pursuant to this Agreement including those FT Shares which may be issued pursuant to the Over-allotment Option;

• The Company issued a total of 4,000,000 FT Shares at a price of $1.12 per FT Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,480,000.

• The Company issued a total of 2,670,000 FT Shares at a price of $3.00 per FT Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $8,010,000.

More Definitions of FT Shares

FT Shares means previously unissued Common Shares of the Company issued as “flow- through shares” as defined under the ITA, which form the underlying securities of the FT Units and FT Subscription Receipts.

FT Shares means the 2,000,000 Common Shares issued on a "flow-through" basis, at a price of $0.075 per FT Share, as part of the FT Private Placement;

FT Shares means Common Shares in which the subscriber is entitled to “flow-through” treatment under the Tax Act;
