Each FT Shipper will be allocated AOS, equal to the lesser of: (a) a pro rata portion of AOS according to the ratio of such FT Shipper's Maximum Daily Quantity to the aggregate of Maximum Daily Quantities of all FT Shippers; and (b) the AOS nominated by such Shipper.
