FTE Hourly Rate definition

FTE Hourly Rate means [...***...].
FTE Hourly Rate means, with respect to any Fulcrum FTE performing Fulcrum Research Activities, a rate of [**], subject to annual increases beginning on January 1, 2021 to reflect, as of December 31 of the then-most recently completed Calendar Year, the increase in the level of the CPI in the U.S. as compared to December 31 of the immediately preceding Calendar Year. The FTE Hourly Rate is “fully burdened” and includes employee salaries, benefits, bonuses and overhead allocated to such employee’s work hereunder, but excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, Out-of-Pocket Expenses.

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rate means an hourly rate that includes all salary, overhead costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.
