FTE Hourly Rate means, with respect to any Fulcrum FTE performing Fulcrum Research Activities, a rate of [**], subject to annual increases beginning on January 1, 2021 to reflect, as of December 31 of the then-most recently completed Calendar Year, the increase in the level of the CPI in the U.S. as compared to December 31 of the immediately preceding Calendar Year.   • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rate means an hourly rate that includes all salary, overhead costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit.
