Fuel Charge definition

Fuel Charge means the Base Fuel Charge plus the applicable surcharge, if any, imposed pursuant to Section 7.2.5.3.
Fuel Charge has the meaning set forth in Appendix III attached hereto.
Fuel Charge means the cost set out in the Tariff Guide under Schedule 1 to this agreement for each litre of fuel which we use to refill the fuel tank of the Vehicle up to one-quarter full if you return it to us with a fuel tank that is less than one-quarter full (see clause 5.2(b) for further details). . In addition and to compensate us for our loss we will charge you a one-off refuelling service charge as set out in the Tariff Guide under Schedule 1 to this agreement.

Fuel Charge means Gas reimbursed by Shipper, either in kind or otherwise, to compensate Transporter for fuel associated with the operational aspects of providing Transportation Service, including compression and metering, as negotiated between the Parties or as authorized by CRE, as the case may be.

Fuel Charge means the cost for each litre of fuel which we use to refill the fuel tank of the Vehicle up to one-quarter full if you return it to us with a fuel tank that is less than one -quarter full (see clause 5.2(b)). Fuel Charge means the percentage of Natural Gas injected by Customer into the CVGS Storage Facility, as negotiated between CVGS and Customer and reflected in the applicable Storage Service Document, that CVGS is allowed to take in kind.
