Full Notice definition

Full Notice means the full legal notice of the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, TCP’s counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members under Section 3.3 of this Settlement Agreement. The Full Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached as Exhibit B.
Full Notice means the Postcard Notice mailed to the class members, and the Longform Notice posted on the Settlement Website, in substantially the forms attached as Exhibits 2 and 3, respectively, to this Agreement. Full Notice shall be effectuated not less than ninety (90) days before the date set by the Court for the Final Approval Hearing.
Full Notice means the legal notice of the proposed Class Settlement terms (in English and Spanish), as approved by Class Counsel, Defendant's Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members under Section V.
