necessary skills means skills and experience, other than professional qualifications, specified by the Corporation as appropriate for members to have;
Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
Non-Administrator Skilled Nursing Facility means a Skilled Nursing Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with guidelines established by Medicare.
Skilled journeyperson means a worker who either:

the Employment, Skills and Enterprise Scheme means a scheme under section 17A (schemes for assisting persons to obtain employment: “work for your benefit” schemes etc.) of the Jobseekers Act 1995 known by that name and provided pursuant to arrangements made by the Secretary of State that is designed to assist claimants for job-seekers allowance to obtain employment, including self- employment, and which may include for any individual work-related activity (including work experience or job search);
Skills means the ability to apply knowledge and use know-how to complete tasks and solve problems. In the context of the European Qualifications Framework, skills are described as cognitive (involving the use of logical, intuitive and creative thinking) or practical (involving manual dexterity and the use of methods, materials, tools and instruments);
Scalping means the situation where the Client opens too many positions in CFDs at the same time and closes them for less than five minutes or buying at Bid price and selling at Ask price, so as to gain the Bid/Ask difference.
Viator means the owner or holder of a policy who has a terminal illness or condition and who enters into a viatical settlement contract.
Massage means any method of placing pressure on, or friction against, or manipulating, stroking, kneading, rubbing, tapping, pounding, vibrating, or stimulating of the external parts of the human body below the neck with the hands or other parts of the body, with or without the aid of any mechanical or electrical apparatus or appliances, or with or without supplementary aids such as rubbing alcohol, liniments, antiseptics, oils, powder, creams, lotions, ointments or other similar preparations commonly used in the practice of massage.

LCM includes DLC, and D4 channel banks and may be located in Remote Terminals or Central Offices.
Functions means the NHS Functions and the Health Related Functions.
Acupuncture means a form of health care developed from traditional and modern oriental medical concepts that employs oriental medical diagnosis and treatment, and adjunctive therapies and diagnostic techniques, for the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health and the prevention of disease.
Sexually oriented business means an adult arcade, adult bookstore or adult video store, adult cabaret, adult motel, adult motion picture theater, adult theater, escort agency, nude model studio, or sexual encounter center.
Train Mile means, in relation to a train, or a portion of a train, a mile travelled by that train, or that portion of a train, on the CVL;
nautical mile means the international nautical mile of 1 852 metres;
Massage therapist means a person who practices massage therapy.
