Futures Options definition

Futures Options means any option in relation to a Futures Contract which is transacted in accordance with the business rules or practices of the relevant Exchange;
Futures Options means the right of choice where a buyer of options has the right but not the obligation to buy or sell futures contracts in accordance with market rules;

  • Futures Exchange means the exchange or trading system with the highest trading volume of options or futures contracts relating to the Share. If options or futures contracts on the Share are not traded on any exchange, the Futures Exchange shall be the options or futures exchange with the highest amount of options or futures contracts relating to shares of companies having their residence in the country in which the Company has its residence. If there is no options or futures exchange in the country in which the Company has its residence on which options or futures contracts on shares are traded, the Calculation Agent will determine the Futures Exchange in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 317 BGB) and will make notification thereof in accordance with § 6 of the General Terms.

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.

  • Stock Appreciation Rights Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to an Award of Stock Appreciation Rights.

  • Stock Appreciation Rights or “SAR” means a right granted to a Participant under Section 6(c).

  • SARS means the South African Revenue Service.

  • Rights or Options means warrants, options or other rights to purchase or acquire shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • Stock Rights means all dividends, instruments or other distributions and any other right or property which the Grantors shall receive or shall become entitled to receive for any reason whatsoever with respect to, in substitution for or in exchange for any Equity Interest constituting Collateral, any right to receive an Equity Interest and any right to receive earnings, in which the Grantors now have or hereafter acquire any right, issued by an issuer of such Equity Interest.

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).

  • Restricted Stock means Shares issued pursuant to a Restricted Stock award under Section 7 of the Plan, or issued pursuant to the early exercise of an Option.

  • Promised Options means promised but ungranted Options that are the greater of those (i) promised pursuant to agreements or understandings made prior to the execution of, or in connection with, the term sheet or letter of intent for the Equity Financing or Liquidity Event, as applicable (or the initial closing of the Equity Financing or consummation of the Liquidity Event, if there is no term sheet or letter of intent), (ii) in the case of an Equity Financing, treated as outstanding Options in the calculation of the Standard Preferred Share’s price per share, or (iii) in the case of a Liquidity Event, treated as outstanding Options in the calculation of the distribution of the Proceeds.

  • Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • Stock Appreciation Right Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Stock Appreciation Right evidencing the terms and conditions of a Stock Appreciation Right grant. Each Stock Appreciation Right Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Purchase Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(c).

  • Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Common Stock pursuant to Section 11 below.

  • Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to surrender to the Company all (or a portion) of a Stock Option in exchange for an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (i) the Fair Market Value on the date such Stock Option (or such portion thereof) is surrendered, of the Common Stock covered by such Stock Option (or such portion thereof), and (ii) the aggregate exercise price of such Stock Option (or such portion thereof).
