Games of Chance. Gambling and games of chance are prohibited in University Housing. Violation of this policy is considered a violation of federal, state, and municipal law.
Games of Chance. Distributor will not use any of the ExxonMobil Proprietary Marks or any other ExxonMobil brand or product name in conjunction with any lottery, sweepstakes, game of chance, or related activities without ExxonMobil’s prior written approval. If requested by ExxonMobil in connection with the processes of Article X of this Agreement, Distributor will warrant that such programs comply with applicable Laws and regulations, and will provide any information related to the proposed use that ExxonMobil may request.

This AGREEMENT covers the specified Games or Services that utilize telecommunications (phone, internet, servers, etc.) and involve money betting and Games or Services that incorporate any element of randomness, chance or time limits. Games of Chance. The Seasonal Club must ensure that no games of chance are played, raffles conducted, tickets sold, or any other activities of this manner are conducted at the Sports Ground or Pavilion unless all relevant permits, licences or approvals have been obtained. Permits for raffles and games of chance must be obtained in accordance with the Gambling Regulation 2003 and 2005. Council will provide the following for Sports Grounds: • All turf and ground maintenance • Maintenance of irrigation system • Public Toilet Cleaning (only those public toilets available to the general public) • Public BBQ Cleaning • Line marking • Maintenance of goal posts. Council will provide the following for Pavilions: • Building Insurance • Repair of damage caused by vandals, including repair or replacement of exterior broken glass and graffiti removal, except to the extent that such damage is caused or contributed to by the Seasonal Club's negligence • Maintenance of the building structure and boundary fencing • Plumbing and electrical works • Replacement of water service as required, unless the need for plumbing or electrical works or replacement of the water service has arisen as a result of the Seasonal Club's negligence.

Seasonal Clubs wishing to undertake fund raising activities such as raffles, poker nights must become a Declared Community and Charitable Organisations and obtain all necessary permits in accordance with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003. Games of Chance. United Methodist church policy prohibits the use of games of chance or gambling on the church premises. This would include such activities as raffles or lotteries.
1. CHURCH GROUPS Benefit fund raising by groups within the Church shall be approved according to the policies and procedures for fundraising outside of the annual pledge campaign approved by the Finance Committee of the Church. Approval will be based on the judgment of the Committee about anticipated revenue after consideration of building costs, the advice of the Church Administrative Coordinator about the availability of facilities and impact, and such other criteria as the Finance Committee shall determine.
Games of Chance. Games of Chance are not allowed at MC3. Including but not limited to: Spinning Wheels, lottery/raffles, number draw etc. Grab bags are allowed but be prepared to prove the value.
Games of Chance. Games of chance for fundraising may take place in the building with proper licensing. • All exterior doors must be locked at all times. • All exit doors must be left free and unobstructed. No tables, decorations or plants shall be placed in front of any door or exit. • All lighting and stage equipment must be set up under the supervision of a Temple custodian and must be pre-approved by the Temple Administrator or Executive Director. • Decorations can be affixed with masking tape, command strips, and light weight magnets (nothing heavier than 2 ounces may be hung from the ceiling). If in doubt, contact the Temple Administrator or Executive Director. • Only votives or candles with enclosed flames may be used. No open lighted candles are permitted as a wedding decoration in the sanctuary or chapel. • Permission to bring in special equipment for any function must be arranged through the Temple Administrator and such equipment, including tables and chairs, must be removed immediately after the function, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Temple Administrator or Executive Director. • To prevent injury or undue cost to the Temple, xxxx, xxxx petals, confetti, candy, powder, smoke, bubbles, sand, birdseed are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Rose petals may be thrown outside the building as the couple exits after the wedding. • No equipment belonging to the Congregation is to be borrowed or removed from the building at any time by any individual or organization without permission of the Temple Administrator or Executive Director. • The signatory must insure that all patrons behave in a safe and responsible manner. • Guests will not be allowed to roam freely outside the rented area, except to restrooms and coatroom. • Access to the building is restricted to rental hours. • The premises must be vacated by 2:00 am. Additional rental time is charged at double time after 2:00 am. • No animals, except service animals, are permitted in the building. • Comply with Xxxxxx Xxxx Ami’s policies, rules and regulations. • Remain current in all financial obligations to the Temple and pay all fees and deposits within the prescribed time frames. • Schedule in advance with the Temple office all meetings with caterers, party planners, photographers, etc. that are to be held in the Temple building. • Make sure that ALL vendors are aware of your contract, i.e. timing, policy and restrictions. • Maintain proper decorum and to assure that a reasonable standard of ...
