GCP Group definition

GCP Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, GCP and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of GCP immediately following the Effective Time, including the GCP Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of GCP; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, GCP and each Person that is a Subsidiary of GCP.
