General Health. A program or procedure planned to prevent illness, maintain maximum function or promote health.

General Health. Dogs visiting The Woof Room should be in good general health. By bringing a dog to The Woof Room, the dog owner certifies that their dog is in good general health and is free of any condition or illness that could potentially impact other dogs. If your dog suffers from a communicable illness, they should refrain from visiting The Woof Room until a vet has deemed it safe for interaction with other dogs. • Flea and Tick Control: All dogs must be on flea and tick prevention from April 1st through November 30th of each year. It is the dog owner’s responsibility to ensure their dog has property prevention in place when visiting The Woof Room during this time. • Damage: Dogs will be dogs, and they may occasionally obtain scratches or bruises while playing at The Woof Room. The dog owner realizes and understands that The Woof Room is not responsible for these wounds. • Fees: Payment for all services, including daycare and hotel, is due in advance or at the time of pick-up. The dog owner is responsible for using all bulk packages purchased prior to the expiration date. All purchases are non- refundable and non-transferable, with the exception of if a dog is banned from further visits due to behavioral concerns. In the case of being banned, remaining days that have been purchased will be refunded. The dog owner understands that they will be responsible for any early/late drop off fees, if they decide to bring the dog to The Woof Room before or after normal lobby hours. Additional, if a dog owner does not pick their dog up within one hour of lobby closing hours, the dog will be admitted to the hotel, and the dog owner will be responsible for the additional hotel fee. • Behavior: The dog owner agrees, by signing this agreement, that the dog has not harmed nor shown aggression or threatening behavior towards any other dog or person. The Woof Room may, at any time, deny entry and/or remove any dog that displays behavioral concerns. • Liability: The dog owner understands they are solely responsible for any harm caused by their dog while he/she is at The Woof Room. The dog owner agrees to take full financial responsibility for any and all expenses caused by their dog while at The Woof Room.
