Attendance and Participation. From the Effective Date until Final Completion, Contractor shall attend and participate in regular meetings with Owner which shall occur monthly (or upon such other interval as the Parties agree) for the purpose of discussing the status of the Work and anticipating and resolving any problems. Such meetings may be held by conference call or video conference. Contractor shall prepare and promptly deliver to Owner written minutes of each meeting, to which Owner shall respond in writing within a reasonable time if it has any comments.
Attendance and Participation. From the issuance of the first Full Notice to Proceed issued hereunder until the latest of the Final Completion Dates of Unit 6 and the Unit 5 Scrubber, Contractor shall attend and participate in regular meetings with Owner which shall occur monthly (or upon such other interval as the Parties agree in writing) for the purpose of discussing the status of the Work and anticipating and resolving any problems (“Progress Meetings”). No implication whatsoever shall be drawn as consequence of a failure by any Party to comment on or object to any minutes prepared or distributed by Contractor. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, Contractor’s Site Representative shall attend all Progress Meetings after Contractor mobilizes to the Site. In addition to the above monthly Progress Meetings, Contractor shall hold regularly scheduled (but not less frequently than weekly during construction) status or scheduling meetings with its Subcontractors as appropriate, and Owner shall have the right but not the obligation to attend and participate in such weekly status meetings; provided, that, if Contractor determines in its reasonable discretion that Owner’s attendance at the meeting would prohibit Contractor from effectively addressing confidential or sensitive issues, Contractor shall have the right to bar Owner from all or a portion of such meetings.

Staff arriving 10 minutes or later after the scheduled start time to a scheduled training or for virtual trainings are not visible to the instructor will be directed by training staff to return to his/her facility/unit and notification will be made to the immediate supervisor; the missed day of training must be rescheduled and completed. e. Employees will be present and participate during all phases of scheduled training; in the event that training is virtual, employees will be visible to the instructor for the duration of training sessions. f. Attendance and Participation. The program starts promptly at 6pm and finishes at 8.00 PM. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be refused entry into the session. Please inform us if you are running late. The reasons for lateness need to be outside of your control. This does not guarantee you will be let in. If you decide to pull out at any stage after the deadline date, there is no refund.

Attendance and Participation. In registering for Highlander Orientation I agree to attend all program components and remain on campus for the full duration of the program. I understand that Highlander Orientation for Transfers is a one-day program, which begins at 8:00 am on the morning of that day and concludes at 6:00 pm. I understand the University of California Riverside and its agents are not in a position to monitor, support or ensure the safety of students engaged in off campus activities and therefore accepts no liability for actions taken by individuals who fail to comply with this expectation. I understand skipping or missing portions of the program or failure to comply with the University's request that I remain on campus for the duration of the Highlander Orientation for Transfers program may compromise my ability to register for classes.
