General Members definition

General Members means the members of The Board, The Council, Honorary Life Vice Presidents, Honorary Life Members and other members who may be appointed by the Council from time to time.
General Members means those Members referred to in section 3.1;
General Members means those Members of the Authority more particularly identified as General Members on Exhibit A, and any parties which shall hereafter become General Members in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. A local agency as defined by SGMA may participate as a General Member on its own behalf or join with one or more agencies as a single General Member. Multiple agencies which elect to coordinate their representation as one General Member shall, for purposes of this Agreement, be treated as one General Member.

Examples of General Members in a sentence

  • General Members of SJCERA Tier II participate in the defined benefit formula prescribed by Section 7522.20 of PEPRA (2.0% at age 62).

  • The membership of ARIN shall have two classes of members: Trustee Members and General Members.

  • They shall also be entitled to any future rights the Board of Trustees may, from time to time, grant to General Members.

  • Trustees are individuals who may be, but are not required to be, General Members or representatives of General Members, as defined below.

  • Elected Officers that are not Trustee Members or General Members are not entitled to any membership rights.


More Definitions of General Members

General Members means all Students unless such Students have elected not to be Members or have chosen to be Financial Members;
General Members means the eligible agencies listed in the attached Exhibit “A” which have executed this Agreement, including any new General Members which may subsequently join this Agreement with the authorization of the Board, pursuant to Section 5.02 of this Agreement.
General Members means the individuals admitted as “General Members” pursuant to these Bylaws;
General Members means all Young People with disabilities that sign-up to be members in accordance with the General Membership section;
General Members means Board Members elected by and from the members;
General Members. Each Principal Member may identify General Members in their proposals to participate with them in the Fundamental Research Component. It is expected that each Center will have no more than three General Members. In order to meet the goals of the NS CTA, it will be necessary to maintain a xxxxxxxx xxxx of research capabilities; however, an excess number of members in one research area may dilute the funding levels to the point that it renders the program goals unattainable. In order to be considered a General Member: (1) a long-term relationship with the organization is envisioned under the NS CTA, wherein researchers are substantially and meaningfully engaged in the Fundamental Research Component; (2) said organization’s input is considered necessary and beneficial for the strategic planning associated with the Fundamental Research Component; and (3) said organization is expected to be involved in transition.
General Members means any entities or persons other than the Founding Members that accept this Charter Agreement and the Membership Agreement, as well as any other restrictions and/or requirements for membership in the OEC.
