General Policies and Procedures definition

General Policies and Procedures means a bid requirement to provide details of the relevant policies and procedures the Bidder proposes are applicable to the relevant bid requirement in this table. This shall also include the bid requirement for Case Studies as defined below.
General Policies and Procedures. The Adventure Weekend Committee has the sole discretion to approve items exhibitors wish to display or sell (food vendors only). Information regarding and listing all exhibits, posters, banners, decorations, demonstrations and merchandise materials must be submitted with application for approval. Items not specifically listed and approved are subject to later disapproval at the Committee’s discretion. Vendor passes: A MAXIMUM of 4 people will be given vendor passes, per vendor. Additional passes must be requested prior to the event. Each vendor will be issued a parking permit free of charge per booth. Any additional vehicles may be charged a nominal parking fee. Food Vendor: food vendor booths must conform to the codes of the County of San Bernardino, and the State of California. Vendors shall obtain and display a valid vendor permit from the County of San Bernardino. Vendors must also have a valid California seller’s permit. All exhibits, materials, and equipment must conform to applicable fire codes. All food booths must have a fire extinguisher. Exhibition: Any exhibitor showing or vending goods or services displaying any official emblem of the Boy Scouts of America, or any other logo or emblem that refers to the Boy Scouts of America or its program, must have prior approval in writing from the Adventure Weekend Committee.

  • New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer. Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • Site Rules means all rules, regulations, directives and policies notified by the Company from time to time which are intended to be of general application to persons at a Site controlled or managed by the Company.
