Examples of General Terms of Services in a sentence

  • The provision and use of the Services are governed by these Terms of Service, the Specific Terms of Services applicable to the selected Services, any other conditions referred by the General Terms of Services and Specific Terms of Service, such as Third Party Product Terms of Use, along with any other information given to the Client during the Order (“Terms of Service”).

  • On termination or expiry of the General Terms of Services, this article shall remain in full force and effect for three (3) years from such expiry or termination.

  • The expiry or termination of the General Terms of Services shall not affect their provisions which are expressly or by nature intended to remain effective after the expiry or termination of the General Terms of Services, including Articles “Intellectual Property”, “Confidentiality” and “Liability”.

  • The aforementioned consent is not necessary for the assignment or transfer of the General Terms of Services to an Affiliate.

  • The Distributor and the Customer have a duty to mitigate the damages and losses that would be recoverable from the other party pursuant to these General Terms of Services and BSS Order(s) by taking all appropriate and reasonable actions to reduce or limit the amount of such damages or amounts.

  • The rights of termination of the General Terms of Services pursuant to this Article are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other rights or remedies that the Distributor or the Customer may have under the General Terms of Services or applicable law.

  • Nothing in the General Terms of Services shall be construed as implying any commitment from the Distributor to provide any Services as long as BSS Orders have not been placed by the Customer in accordance with these General Terms of Services.

  • Upon such notification, the Data Provider will have a possibility to terminate these General Terms of Services.

  • The selected consultant will also provide support for RCAA’s engagement with local stakeholders and the community.

  • In case of changes to these General Terms of Services, the Data Provider will be notified with a thirty (30) days prior notice.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Terms of Service means those Support Services and Professional Services terms posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/jaggaer-one-terms-of-service/, which are incorporated herein. Client acknowledges and agrees it has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Supply of services means any transaction which does not constitute a supply of goods.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Conditions of Service means the document developed by a distributor in accordance with subsection 2.4 of the Code that describes the operating practices and connection rules for the distributor; (DSC)

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits, and the employer's personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).
